This will be a 2 Day event where Sebastian Oreb and Hattie Boydle will be teaching the methods they use to build world class, competition ready physiques that are strong, move well and injury free!
There will be large theory AND practical components on each day where we will be taking the class through technique sessions, followed by hypertrophy style training strategies that we use successfully with Hattie as well as thousands of women around the world.

Whether you are a coach, a female looking to get the best out of your training from beginners to the most advanced, this two day course will teach you the techniques Hattie and Sebastian use for themselves and their female athletes to achieve the best results in the industry today.
