There are 2 main types of training programs:
- Gym Lifts & Powerlifting
- Each has a 3, 4, or 5 day option.
- There is a program quiz to guide you on which program will be best suited to you.
There are 3 mini programs on the app as well:
- Deadlift Gospel Program
- Thors Powerlifting Program
- 30 Minute Strong
These are included in your subscription and can be accessed any time you are not within a Gym Lifts or Powerlifting program.
