GETTING STARTED ON THE SOFTWARE

Accessing the software

1) Find your password

You will have received a welcome email. This welcome email includes a temporary password to use (this can be changed in the later steps).

2) Log In

Click the link here, or the “COACHING APP” button on the menu bar to log in to the portal. Your username is the email address used to sign up, and your password is the temporary password found in the previous step.

3) Set your password

  1. Enter your temporary password in the first field
  2. Enter your desired password in the next two fields
  3. Click “SAVE”

You may skip this step if you would like to keep your temporary password, by clicking “Skip”

Adding your clients

4) Click the “Add Client” button

To add your first client, click the “Add Client” button on the top right hand of your dashboard.

5) Input your client’s contact details

  1. Input in your client’s First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Phone Number
  2. Click “NEXT”
  3. Input your client’s Date of Birth, Gender, Height and Weight (these will be used for calculations)
  4. Click “ADD CLIENT”
